Bullet Casting Alloys

We offer alloy ingots used for the manufacturing of bullets that are made of high-purity metals, which ensures a high quality product.
EA-HB
The alloy consists of 2% tin, 6% antimony and 92% lead. This is an excellent alloy for most bullets used in handguns and with lots of ammunition for high-speed rifles.
EA-LT
The alloy consists of 4% tin, 12% antimony, and 84% lead. This alloy is extremely hard and enables a complete filling of the molds. It is recommended for bullets of high-velocity rifles used for target shooting. They are frequently used as the basis for mixing and obtaining alloys that require a higher % of antimony. It can be mixed with pure lead (EA-PL) in a 1-1 ratio, to obtain alloy EA-HB.
EA-20
The alloy consists of 20 parts of lead and 1 part of tin
(95% lead, 5% tin).
EA-30
The alloy consists of 30 parts of lead and 1 part of tin
(97% lead, 3% tin).
EA-PL
Pure lead: a commonly used metal for muzzleloaders, such as round and conical shells.
 
EA-PT
Pure tin utilized to improve the fluidity of lead and improve the filling of molds. It prevents empty spaces and improves the finish of the bullet. Is used between 2% and 3% tin in the lead to achieve these results. The tin provides a light alloy hardening.

Technical Specifications

Labeling  
The ingots have the safety instructions adhered on top, and the lot number engraved on the back. On the sides, the labeling corresponds to the type of alloy.
